Rotating Shears for Excavator

… of the Dedicated Demolition Line (DDL) have been developed for primary as well as secondary demolition. 

Their jaws are designed for each application area within the demolition job site: there are combi-crushers (C), demolition crushers (D) and pulverizers (P). The twin rotation motors provide an extra rotation power for the rotation that is equipped with an additional oil passage. The swing bearing is double pivoted. The shear also features rotation circuit filters and exchangeable teeth, shrouds and cutting blades. The powerful cylinder has a robust pin suspension and features a two chamber technique with speed valve. 

The Dedicated Demolition Line is also available with the patented DemaPower cylinder system that provides up to 20% more power and obviously faster cycle times, thanks to the four chamber technique and a speed valve. 

The pulverizer type of both versions also features an exchangeable ground tooth-plate.

Both Dedicated Demolition Line versions are characterized by an excellent speed/power to weight ratio, making them the perfect partners on every demolition site.
