Clamshell Buckets with Open Shells for Crane

The KM 605U Refuse is a robust universal tool for handling all kinds of refuse material. The open sides of the grapple enable the grab to handle bulk material. The compact design with a horizontal hydraulic cylinder achieves a maximum loading height. Long life is guaranteed due to the use of 500 HB steel in the manufacture of the cutting edges and a generously dimensioned bearing system. Reversible wear plates and welded hooks are delivered by default.

The version KM 605U-Z is the new open clamshell bucket for the use on Z-cranes. It is based on the already proven KM 605-U with horizontal cylinder.

A wide range of accessories, including adapters for rails or different mounting options are available for all clamshell buckets with open shells.

KM 605U HPX Refuse especiall for North America is available with different volumes from 420 to 655 litres / 0.55 to 0.86 c.y. as complete ready-to-fit package: clamshell bucket, HPXdrive Heavy Duty, flange rotator, upper suspension, non-return valve.

KM 605U HPX is available with different volumes from 300 to 500 litres / 0.39 to 0.65 c.y. as complete ready-to-fit package: clamshell bucket, HPXdrive Heavy Duty, flange rotator, upper suspension, wear plates, weld-on hooks, non-return valve.

KM 605U HPX-Z for Z-cranes is available with different volumes from 400 to 600 litres / 0.52 to 0.79 c.y. as complete ready-to-fit package: clamshell bucket with flap, HPXdrive Heavy Duty, flange rotator, upper suspension, wear plates, weld-on hooks, non-return valve.

All HPX-packages are also available with shaft rotator and reduction link or quick change system.
